PURCHASE QUANTITY AND RESALE LIMITS

Tactical Storage Pro is a retail business and not a wholesale distributor.

We reserve the right to establish maximum purchase quantities for any product, variant, order, customer, household, account, billing address, shipping address, payment method, or other reasonably associated purchasing activity.

Tactical Storage Pro reserves the right to limit purchase quantities, hold orders for review, cancel orders, or refuse fulfillment when an order or pattern of orders appears to be intended for resale, wholesale purchasing, redistribution, commercial stocking, or circumvention of posted or system-enforced purchase limits.

Attempts to circumvent purchase limits by placing multiple orders, using multiple accounts, splitting purchases across transactions, using different payment methods, or otherwise structuring purchases to avoid quantity restrictions may result in one or more orders being canceled or refused.

Repeated purchases of the same product or substantially similar products may be reviewed manually before fulfillment.

We may also limit quantities or cancel orders where pricing, inventory availability, supplier restrictions, product availability, shipping costs, fulfillment limitations, fraud concerns, or other circumstances make fulfillment commercially unreasonable or inconsistent with normal retail purchasing.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any refund due will be issued in accordance with our applicable payment and refund procedures.

Firearms and other products requiring transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) will be shipped only in accordance with applicable law and transfer requirements.

NFA-regulated products are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local requirements and may require additional approvals before transfer.

Tactical Storage Pro reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or modify an order when we determine that the sale, shipment, possession, or transfer of a product may be prohibited or restricted by applicable law, or when required information, identification, documentation, or approvals cannot be verified.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete any legally required transfer or verification process.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Tactical Storage Pro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Tactical Storage Pro.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Tactical Storage Pro, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from us.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Tactical Storage Pro.

3. Not circumvent CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish automated activity from human activity.
4. Respond truthfully to requests intended to determine whether interactions are automated.
5. Not circumvent or avoid measures intended to block, limit, modify, or control automated access to the Services.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACTICAL STORAGE PRO, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

We may control the defense and settlement of an indemnifiable claim at your expense where permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Tactical Storage Pro consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Wisconsin.
