SHIPPING POLICY
At Tactical Storage Pro, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, accurately, and securely.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most in-stock orders begin processing within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order verification, holidays, distributor inventory, or other circumstances.
Orders may be subject to verification before shipment. Orders requiring additional review may experience a processing delay.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Tactical Storage Pro currently offers standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
• Orders under $100: $7.99 flat-rate standard shipping
• Orders of $100 or more: FREE standard shipping
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.
At this time, we do not offer standard website shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT
Some products are shipped directly from trusted manufacturers and authorized distributors. Because products may ship from different locations:
• Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
• Items from the same order may arrive on different days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.
• Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.
Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout or provided after an order is placed is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Some products may be subject to federal, state, or local shipping restrictions, carrier restrictions, manufacturer restrictions, or distributor requirements.
Tactical Storage Pro reserves the right to cancel, modify, or decline an order when an item cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the destination provided.
Certain products may also require adult signature, special handling, ground transportation, or other delivery requirements.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may be transmitted quickly to our fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Additional shipping or carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.
If a package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or a shipment appears to have been lost in transit, contact Tactical Storage Pro as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged merchandise.
Please retain all packaging and merchandise while the issue is being reviewed. We may need this information to work with the carrier, manufacturer, or distributor to resolve the issue.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Packages refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable are subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping and carrier return charges may be non-refundable or deducted from an eligible refund where permitted by law.
